You will also gain useful knowledge on how to act if someone has choked. Book a basic CPR course here.

This is why CPR training is essential

In a sudden cardiac arrest, time is critical – there is simply no room for hesitation but in a chaotic situation it is easy to react incorrectly. In fact, survival rates increase by up to 70% if a victim receives CPR within one minute and an AED is connected in the following minutes. With the right skills, you can make a difference. The ability to act quickly depends on having the right knowledge of CPR as well as practical and psychological training in dealing with serious incidents.
