About the education

The BRA course helps your employees understand and further develop the company’s internal values and road safety policy. The course reinforces positive behaviour by drivers in traffic.

The aim is to reduce stress among employees and positively influence the work environment. Employees become active in the course and add a new action plan to the company’s future road safety policy.

Introduction

Review of the training objectives, today’s program. We also raise the issue of behavior in traffic.

The purpose of the education

Actively work to improve vehicle injury problems and to improve the company’s Road Safety Policy. Influencing employees’ understanding of road safety and reducing stress. The emphasis is on the changes that your company wants to achieve.

Implementation

Through discussions, evaluation exercises and group work, participants will have the opportunity to come up with new proposals for action to improve the company’s road safety and driver environment.

Traffic behaviors
How are we affected by stress, fatigue/rest?
How much focus does the use of technical equipment take?
We discuss company profile and the importance of branding
How does the use of alcohol and drugs affect our driving?
Why is a road safety policy important?

Conclusion

Summary and certification of the day’s training.

Analysis, summary and certification of the day’s training.
We formulate an action plan that is presented to the employer.

Education – Theoretical, conducted at your premises or at Gillinge.
Practical – Combine with coffee and sandwiches or lunch.
Prerequisites – Initial conversations take place with business managers or with people of senior position in your business. An analysis of the current situation forms the basis for the development of BRA adaptation to the organization’s employees and training sessions
