Ordering / Distance contract
We inform you that the payment obligation arises in connection with the booking of courses on this booking page: bokarisk.se/Gillinge/shop. Through the purchase, the consumer commits to this obligation and payment. An order made on a website 9 § of the law on distance contracts entered into on a website, the consumer is bound by an order that entails a payment obligation only if the obligation has been clarified before the order and the consumer has expressly assumed the obligation. Lag (2014:14).
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement (right of withdrawal) by giving or sending a notice to this effect to the trader (Stockholms Trafiksäkerhetscenter Gillinge AB) within 14 days from the date specified in 12 § (withdrawal period) Act 2014:14.
When you have purchased services online (bokarisk.se/gillinge/shop) from Stockholms Trafiksäkerhetscenter Gillinge AB, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time the agreement is entered into, which means from the date when you booked and bought a course from us.
If the consumer gives the notice on the trader’s website, the trader shall without delay confirm receipt of the notice in a legible and durable form available to the consumer. If the consumer has timely and expediently provided or sent a notice under this condition, the notice may be invoked even if it is delayed, distorted or does not arrive. Lag (2020:169).
Exemption from right of withdrawal
Exemption from the right of withdrawal, 11 § (Act 2014:14). The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to a service that has been performed, if the consumer has explicitly agreed to the service being started and agreed that there is no right of withdrawal when the service has been performed .
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service (the course) has started (after check-in) or been performed by Stockholms Trafiksäkerhetscenter Gillinge AB.
The right to withdraw is not granted if the education has begun, in case of late arrivals, if the student has been rejected after sobriety checks or circumstances that give rise to significant danger to the individual student and / or if assessment for others’ danger and safety may arise. Or because the student does not follow instructions from the instructor. Such a circumstance may also be covered by medical reasons .
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must always, within 14 days of entering into an agreement on the service, notify Stockholms Trafiksäkerhetscenter Gillinge AB that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The message can be sent by e-mail. To: info@gillinge.se or by post to: Stockholms Trafiksäkerhetscenter Gillinge AB, Box 62 186 21 VALLENTUNA. If you do not do this, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase.
On the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website: www.konsumentverket.se, there is a standard form that can be used to constitute the right of withdrawal.
Refund
Repayment is made through the same payment method as with the purchase. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your notice of termination of the agreement.
Cancellation and rebooking
If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment, this may be done free of charge within three years from the date of purchase, but no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment (later cancellations will only be accepted on presentation of a medical certificate.) After this time, the cancellation and/or rescheduling period has expired and any remaining balance on the account will be forfeited.

Invoicing
In collaboration with Afterpay, we offer payment after delivery. After you have completed your purchase, an invoice will be emailed from Afterpay to the email address you provided. The email contains a link to MyAfterPay where you can, among other things, choose to pay by, for example, direct payment or by card. You may also be offered to split your payment or postpone the payment date. The invoice has a 14-day credit period and if it expires, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added.
To be able to pay with AfterPay, you must be 18 years of age and registered in Sweden. At the time of purchase, AfterPay will perform a simplified credit control.
If you for some reason cannot pay with AfterPay, you can choose to pay by card instead.
