1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website https://gillinge.se/ by consumers in Sweden. By placing an order via our e-commerce site, you accept our terms and conditions and are bound to comply with them.

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions of purchase, but the terms and conditions that apply to a purchase are those published on the website at the time of purchase.

2. Prices and fees

2.1 All prices are quoted in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 The price which applies to your purchase is the price stated at the time of ordering.

2.3 We reserve the right for any obvious typographical errors, inaccuracies in prices and price adjustments.

3. Terms of payment

3.1 The following payment methods are accepted for e-commerce:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Invoice
• Partial payment (via Qliro)

3.2 Payment is charged in connection with the order or according to an agreed payment plan.

3.3 When choosing invoice or partial payment, the specific terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider apply.

4. Right of withdrawal and return

4.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods or confirmation of the service.

4.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email or letter.

4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has started.

4.4 Refunds are made within 14 days.

5. Cancellation

5.1 As long as the service has not started, the order can be canceled free of charge by contacting us by phone or e-mail.

6. Complaints

6.1 In the event of complaints, we apply the Consumer Sales Act and STR’s complaints policy.

7.3 Personal data is not shared with unauthorized third parties and is stored securely via Teoricentral’s systems.

8. Dispute and applicable law

8.1 Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.

8.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly may be reviewed by the Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or a Swedish court.
