Risk Education car in Stockholm
The risk education courses are aimed at those who are about to get their driving licence. They are mandatory courses consisting of two parts: Risk Education Part 1, which is a theoretical course, and Risk Education Part 2, which includes skid control and practical exercises. You must have completed both of these courses with a passing grade in order to take the theory test and driving test.

Risk Education part 2 (Risk 2) Car - Skidpan
Risk Education part 2 in Stockholm
Carry out practical exercises with a car at our traffic training site.
Risk education part 2, or the skidpan as it is often called, is a practical training course. In this course, you will experience what it feels like to drive on slippery surfaces and also practise situations that may occur in traffic.
We offer courses on both weekdays and weekends, so visit our online store and see if you can find a date that suits you. The course is approximately 4 hours long, including breaks.
During Risk Education part 2, you will learn how human behavior affects your ability to drive a car and how traffic is affected. You will also experience the difficulties of driving on slippery surfaces and learn how a car behaves under different conditions. The exercises consist of driving a car and you therefore need to have sufficient knowledge to complete the course.
Do not book an appointment before you have practiced enough to pass the above elements! If we judge that your prior knowledge is not good enough, we will cancel you education for safety reasons.
Once you have passed the course, we will notify Transportstyrelsen (the Swedish Transport Agency) that you have been approved.
Risk Education part 2 includes:
- Human behavior
- Car behavior
- Driving under special conditions
Among other things, you should be able to:
- Performing hard acceleration
- Braking from high speeds
- Driving a car independently

Risk Education part 1 & 2 in Stockholm
The course starts 15 minutes after the time stated on the confirmation, to enable you to check in at reception with sufficient time. We encourage you to arrive well before the course starts.
We offer courses on both weekdays and weekends, so visit our online shop and see if you can find a date that suits you.
You can wait in our café in the main entrance. There you will find refreshments and light meals available for purchase.
Teachers will then come and call you together with other students who will be doing the same course. Follow the teachers’ instructions.

Risk Education part 1 Car - Risk 1
Risk Education part 1 in Stockholm
Risk Education part 1 is a theoretical course where we together raise and discuss various risks that are special for motorists in traffic.
We place great emphasis on discussing various risky behaviours in traffic. We talk about how different risks can occur and what you can do to reduce them or avoid them altogether. You will pass by participating actively.
The objective is for you to understand how your choices can affect safety – both your own and that of others.
The Risk Education part 1 is approximately 4 hours long, including breaks.

The Risk Education part 1 includes:
- Alcohol and other drugs
- Fatigue
- Risky behaviors

Travel from Uppsala and complete practical exercises with a car at our traffic training centre. The price for this course includes transport by bus between Uppsala and Gillinge both ways.
Gillinges own bus departs from Fjalars Gränd in Uppsala, two blocks from the station, the bus parking lot at Gamla Lindvalls Kaffefabrik.
